Welcome to Connectra – Play Your Connections (“we,” “our,” or “the App”).
This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.
By downloading or using Connectra, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Types of Data We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information
We process collected data to:
- Generate AI-based characters, stories, and scenarios.
- Improve gameplay experience and in-app personalization.
- Display ads and process in-app purchases.
- Monitor performance, detect bugs, and prevent fraud.
- Respond to support requests and maintain service stability.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
3. Advertising & Monetization
- Connectra displays interstitial and rewarded ads.
- We use Meta (Facebook), Chartboost, and Mintegral as our advertising and analytics partners.
- These SDKs may collect data such as your Advertising ID (GAID), device information, and app usage events (e.g., app installs) to measure performance and deliver personalized ads.
- You can limit ad personalization in your Android device settings (“Opt out of Ads Personalization”).
4. In-App Purchases
- Gems and other items may be purchased for gameplay benefits.
- Transactions are processed securely via the app store (Amazon Appstore or Google Play).
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may verify receipts to prevent fraudulent activity.
5. Third-Party Services and SDKs
We use limited third-party services to support core features:

Other SDKs may be installed but remain inactive until explicitly enabled for future features.
6. Data Storage & Retention
- Account data (email) and AI-generated content are stored on secure servers.
- Guest data is stored temporarily and removed when the app is uninstalled or reset.
- We retain minimal logs required for security and analytics (typically ≤ 30 days).
7. User Rights and Choices
You can:
- Use Connectra as a Guest without providing personal information.
- Delete your account and data at any time via in-app settings or by emailing us.
- Opt out of personalized ads through Android settings.
- Request data access or correction by contacting our support.
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion.
8. Children’s Privacy
Connectra complies with the Google Play Content Rating (Teen/12+). However, due to the open-ended nature of AI interactions, we strongly recommend users be 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data, it will be deleted promptly.
9. User Responsibilities
By using Connectra, you agree to:
- Use the app for personal entertainment only.
- Avoid creating harmful or illegal content.
- Refrain from reverse-engineering or misusing the AI system.
- Respect intellectual property rights of Connectra and others.
10. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
- AI-generated images and texts are for personal use within the App only.
- You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content outside the App without written permission.
- Connectra retains all rights to its AI systems, models, and brand assets.
11. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- AI-generated content that may be unexpected or inaccurate.
- Service interruptions, bugs, or unauthorized access.
- Any decisions made based on in-app content.
- AI Safety: The AI system uses filters to prevent inappropriate content, but it may occasionally generate incorrect, biased, or offensive text strictly due to algorithmic errors. Such content does not represent our views. Users engage with the AI at their own discretion.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically.
When changes occur, a notification will be displayed inside the app before the new policy takes effect.
The “Last updated” date will also be revised accordingly.
13. Governing Law
This Policy and your use of Connectra are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
