Data Privacy Commitment

At Connectra, we respect your right to privacy and data ownership. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through the methods listed below.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Connectra mobile application:

Open the Connectra app.
Go to the Settings menu.
Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm your choice by tapping Delete.

This will immediately and permanently erase your profile, including your digital soul, chat history, and any unlocked storylines.

Method 2: Web-Based Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

Please include the email address associated with your account and the subject "Account Deletion Request".

What happens to my data?

Upon receiving an account deletion request, Connectra will:

Permanently delete your profile data, including your AI avatar's "Digital Soul" and memory.
Delete all associated chat logs and narrative data.
Remove your information from our active simulation databases.
Processing of web-based requests may take up to 7 business days.

Important: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
